The short version: no analytics, no advertising, nothing that follows you to other websites. A cookie is set only when you use the cart, start a chat, or tick the box asking us to remember your checkout details.
1 Our approach
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep and send back later. We set no analytics or advertising cookies. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, cookies strictly necessary for a service you ask for need no consent, so there is no cookie banner. The one cookie that is not strictly necessary is set only when you tick a box for it, and that tick is your consent.
2 The cookies we set
All of these are set by this site only, are sent only to this site and cannot be read by scripts on the page.

Our staff use one more cookie to stay signed in to the support desk. It is never set for visitors.
3 Requests to other services
To draw our pages, your browser fetches some files directly from other services. They set no cookies for us, but each one sees your IP address and the browser details sent with any web request:
- the stock-photo library’s content delivery network, for the photographs;
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), for the payment-method icons at the foot of each page;
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces.

4 Clearing cookies and “forget me”
To make us forget your checkout details, leave the “remember me” box unticked at your next checkout, and the buyer cookie is removed; or delete this site’s cookies in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings, which removes all three.
The site still works without them, but without PHPSESSID your cart empties and checkout cannot finish, and without supchat_v the chat no longer shows your earlier conversation on that device.
