CONTACT · A PERSON ANSWERS

Ask us anything, in the chat.

About an order: the order reference from your order page, and the email you used at checkout.
No access email yet: say when you paid. Access details are sent within one working day; check your spam folder first.
Choosing a course: the kit you already own, if any, and roughly how dark your sky is.
A problem with a lesson: the course, the unit and lesson number, and the device and browser you watch on. A screenshot helps; you can attach it in the chat.

The quickest way to reach us is the chat in the corner of every page. A person answers, usually the same day in UK office hours. If you leave before we reply, add your email in the chat and we will answer there.

The two messages above are an example, not a real conversation.
